The games I'm going to play as of 2025

Instead of looking for games to play, this time I decided to set my lines. I won’t waste time looking for games to play. The games listed below are already deep and time consuming ones anyway so I will focus on those to relax this year.

• Dwarf Fortress
  Last year I was just trying to start/learn it but then leaving it again due to learning curve but this time I’m starting this shit for real.

• Caves of Qud
  I got this game recommended a lot and finally decided to give it a shot. I’ve played it only for few hours but already got sucked into it. Tile set is amazing, it has good humor and story telling.

• Factorio
  You never quit Factorio anyway. It is a toxic relationship. Once you start, you can’t stop. The factory must grow at all costs. It is my escape from problems in real life game.

• Rimworld
  Same as Factorio. You don’t quit Rimworld. You just take some break. This time I want to learn to be a story teller and turn my Rimworld sessions into interesting stories. I wish I could record/stream videos but my potato Thinkpad x230 won’t let me do so. So I will try to write :')

• Go(baduk, weiqi)
  Since I found a very warm Go club where I live right now, it is a good chance for me to sharp my Go skills. I’ve been already playing online and going to the club every weekend. My goal for this year is to reach level 3-dan.

• Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour
  This is the game I’ve been playing for over 15 years at least. I never stopped playing it anyway and surely will play along this year as well. I might try for going hard, reaching to pro levels and joining some tournaments as this game has a very active community and high level matches are feast for eyes.

• Minecraft
  Whenever I want to relax, I know where to return. I love building my dream house, farm and discovering biomes.

One of my future dreams is to stream my gameplays and be a story teller but can’t afford a machine right now due to my heavy debts. So, for now, I want to learn how to be a good story teller, create good stories based on my gameplays and share them here.
