Some tips about learning Japanese

Don’t try to memorize kanjis one by one. Learn them in a word phrase or a in a context.

You should pay attention to studying katakana as much as hirgana. Most of people ignore katakana and focus on hiragana. Eventually they struggle reading katakanas.

Read books in Japanese. Reading is the ultimate way of improving your vocabulary and kanjis! It also will help you getting grasp of grammatical structures better.

Support your studies with anki. Anki is a powerful system that help you improve yourself. But don’t let anki to be only method of your studies. Use it as a support system to your main study method.

Watching animes help but try to watch movies or dramas. They help much better for listening. You also can listen to lots of podcasts and news on spotify.

You should be exposed to a fair amount of comprehensible input both in listening and reading.
Don’t forget that there is no end in kanjis :) You will always have to face unknown kanjis as long as you are live :)
